In our vision of the future, The Sage School is a space that truly honors adolescents and that is also a model of a thriving community. We are working in these four areas to bring this vision to life. As these projects are active, we encourage anyone who wants to learn more to contact Harry and Nate at the school for an update or further information.
The Sage School is moving to Quigley- a 1,500 acre canyon and neighborhood designed to be a community based on education, conservation, recreation, and wellness. The Sage School’s campus will serve its students, and also be an integral part of this community. Our development goals are to move to Quigley thoughtfully and to build a place where we can fully create our future.
At The Sage School, we believe this education should be as accessible and inclusive as possible. To achieve these goals, we follow a flexible tuition model designed to put families on a tuition scale based on their means. We are also building an endowment that supports all students who want to come to the school, and simultaneously ensures the school flourishes as a business.
A core element of The Sage School is its programs- Field Study, Community Action, Creativity Workshop, and our Human Ecology curriculum, all of which engage our students in our valley and beyond. We are committed to developing and refining these programs to best serve our students. Our major development goal is to build endowed funds to support these programs and ensure their stability and longevity.
At the heart of The Sage School is the relationship between students and faculty. The Faculty & Staff are the primary vehicle for engaging our students in the world. Our development goal is toward stability- building resources to ensure the school can attract, support, and maintain the best faculty possible.
