FACILITIES RENTAL
The Sage School is excited to offer our Quigley campus to the greater Wood River Valley Community. Outside of regular school hours, The Sage School offers a variety of community resources for rent. We can accommodate groups from 15 to 350 in spaces that include a beautiful timber-frame event barn, commercial kitchen, classroom spaces, conference room, wood shop, creative art space and the entire outdoor campus. Situated just east of Hailey, ID with stunning views out Quigley Canyon our facilities can be a great gathering space for friends, families, businesses or non-profit organizations.
SAGE EVENT BARN
The event barn is a spacious two-story, timber-framed space with beautiful views looking out Quigley Canyon west of Hailey, ID. With a commercial kitchen attached, the event barn is an ideal location for weddings, fundraising events, private parties or retreats. The multi-functional space has also been used for political forums, conference meetings, presentations, and movie nights. You can see a gallery of images via this link.

SAGE KITCHEN
The event barn is connected to a fully stocked 800 ft2 commercial kitchen. The kitchen can be rented with your event in the barn or as a stand-alone resource for cooking classes or food preparation.

SAGE CAMPUS
If you need to accommodate parties larger than 150, the entire campus green space can be rented for your event.
- The main campus lawn is 230’ x 100’ = 23,000 ft2
- The connected modular quad lawn courtyard with trees is 72’ x 60’ = 4,320 ft2
- Campus + Barn capacity = 300+
- Event tenting of various sizes is permitted on the lawn.
MATH CLASSROOM
The math classroom is attached to the main barn and is included in the rental price for the event barn. It can be isolated from the main room by sliding frosted panel doors and is available for rent as a stand-alone meeting/classroom/presentation space.

SENIOR CONFERENCE ROOM
Our senior classroom is a spacious 2nd-floor space with large sliding glass doors that open onto a deck with beautiful views overlooking the campus and Quigley Canyon. It is an ideal space for conferences and more intimate classes/meetings.
- Capacity = 16 to 20
- AV equipped – includes a wall-mounted 75-inch TV with necessary cables and a zoom-ready speaker/microphone system.
- A high-speed wifi network is available across the entire campus
- Attached to the main Barn with four bathrooms
STUDIO CLASSROOMS
Our three studio classrooms are constructed in the same open timber-frame style as the event barn. With a large open space, these are ideal for classes, larger meetings, or yoga/retreat spaces.

- Building 48’ x 28’ = 1344 ft2 Classroom space approx. 650 ft2
- Includes between 800 and 1000 ft2 of covered patio space
- Separate private office space is included
- AV equipped – includes a wall-mounted 75-inch TV and necessary cables
- Studios include a single or double-bathroom option
- Includes several large industrial butcher block tables and chairs. These can be stored under the covered patio for yoga classes/retreats.
- Lockers/cubbies are available during summer rentals for extended classes.
MODULAR CLASSROOMS
A carry-over from our old location on Airport Road, the east end of campus is anchored with three modular classroom buildings. These contain a variety of different spaces available on a case-by-case basis and can be tailored to the needs of your event/retreat/class.
Sage Woodshop – The Sage School woodshop is normally used for campus maintenance and woodshop classes. It is available for rental for personal projects on a case-by-case basis. The shop includes:

- Grizzley standing band saw & drill press
- Dewalt chop saw inset into a long chop-saw bench
- Three separate workspaces including a large rolling table
- Dewalt portable planer
- Portable dust collection system

- 18V Dewalt hand grinder
- 3x corded power drills (Dewalt, Milwaukee, Makita)

- 2x corded hand routers (Freud, Dewalt)
- Connected to a central common room with 2 bathrooms
Creative Artspace/Classroom – Summer classes and/or workshops might consider using our creative art space.
- Two desktop Apple computers with keyboards and mics connected to audio software for music or pod-casting workstations.
- Standing workstations
- The space is stocked with a huge variety of creative supplies that can be used for an additional rental fee.
- Connected to a central common room with 2 bathrooms
Spanish Classrooms – Our Spanish curriculum follows the Organic World Language (OWL) model which requires an open classroom space void of tables and chairs to allow for lots of active movement and participation. As a result, these spaces can be tailored to fit the needs of your event/retreat.

- Both rooms contain a Spanish-themed mural on the walls.
- Connected to a central common room with 2 bathrooms
Modular Space – Identical in construction to the Spanish Modular classrooms, this space contains a variety of couches and tables used for overflow classes and community meetings. It can be tailored to your specific event needs.
